Pickleball

Spoken w/ two schools who have expressed interest in considering adding Pickleball courts to their existing hardscape. Working with PRNS to try to identify other potential locations. Funding will be a challenge.

Chris Hotts Park Renovation

Status:

Working with the playground manufacturer on refining the design concepts, then he will prepare the construction documents.
Once the documents are complete and approved by SECI the CIT will be able to order the material, which takes up to 6 months to receive.
The construction schedule is TBD pending the completion of the Vietnamese Cultural Center playground replacement which is next on the list.
However, PRNS can order the material so that they are ready to start construction after the completion of the Vietnamese Cultural Center.
Tentative estimate is that construction will start in November 2024, with completion in July of 2025.
